Wow, okay so based on the synopsis, this book is bad events on top of more bad events. I am excited to read more on Janie and Micah because it definitely sounds like they have an interesting relationship. Rape is probably going to be one of the big issues this book covers and I haven't read Amy's other book but I have heard pretty good things about it. I also haven't read many books that covers rape so I am looking forward to see how Amy handles writing about a character who experiences rape and Micah dealing with Janie's disappearance. The synopsis mentions a "nonlinear" writing style for this book and I am interested to read what that is all about because it sounds interesting...
